Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Note regarding the exclusion of the statutory right of withdrawal:
According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. This applies in particular to personalized products.

Voluntary return policy

Regardless of the statutory exclusion of the right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer you the option to return personalized products within 14 days of receiving the goods .

The following conditions must be met for a return:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product does not match the ordered personalization.

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the error is not on our part, you will bear the costs of the return shipment.

Consequences of the return

After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method.

Exclusion in case of customer-side errors

A return is excluded if the discrepancy is due to data entered by the customer (e.g. spelling mistakes, incorrect names, incorrect data), provided that this information was implemented exactly as transmitted.
