Payment and shipping

Delivery areas

We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark and Luxembourg .

Shipping costs (incl. VAT)

Germany (domestic shipping)

  • Free shipping on orders over €70.00

  • For orders under €60.00, shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the goods and amount to €3.90 or €4.90.

International shipping

For deliveries outside of Germany, shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the goods and amount to €7.90 or €14.90.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery time is:

  • Germany: 4–6 working days

  • International: 7–14 working days

The delivery period begins after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of payment).

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays .

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

Accepted payment methods

We offer secure and convenient payment options such as credit card, Klarna, and other common payment methods. Payment by bank transfer is also possible after prior arrangement.

Production of personalized items begins only after payment has been received. Shipping then takes place as quickly as possible.
